Sweet potato fries with Guérande salt

Ingredients :

1 sweet potato

2 tablespoons olive oil

Le Paludier de Guérande ground salt

Pepper

Instructions :

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (gas mark 7).
Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut the sweet potato into chip-shaped pieces and place on the baking sheet.

Step 2
Lightly drizzle the sweet potato pieces with olive oil. You don't need to oil all sides, just the top.

Step 3
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).

Step 4
Sprinkle with salt when removed from oven.

Step 5
Serve as an aperitif or with meat in sauce, for example.
