Fleur de sel chocolate fondant

Ingredients :
3 eggs
100 g dark chocolate
80 g butter
Le Paludier de Guérande Fleur de sel
Instructions :
1) Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add butter and melted chocolate.
2) Pour the mixture into a parchment paper-lined or buttered/floured baking tin.
3) Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 170°C, depending on desired doneness. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fleur de sel and enjoy while still warm.
