Apple crumble
Preparation: 15 min - Cooking time: 25min - Serves 4

Ingredients :
2 large golden apples
30g butter
30g caster sugar
1 pinch vanilla
For the crumble :
60g soft semi-salted butter
60g brown sugar
60g flour
1 pinch Le Paludier de Guérande fleur de sel
Instructions :
Step 1:
Peel and core the apples, then cut them into large cubes. Place the butter and sugar in a frying pan and brown the apples. Add the vanilla and continue cooking until they are lightly caramelized and still firm.
Step 2:
For the crumble: mix the soft butter, powdered sugar and flour by hand, then add a pinch of fleur de sel. The mixture should be sandy.
Stage 3:
Arrange the apples in the bottom of four ramekins and sprinkle with crumble batter. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).
