Garlic shrimps

Ingredients :
400g shrimps
4 garlic cloves
1 sweet pepper (or chili powder)
1 bunch parsley
6 tablespoons olive oil
pepper
Le Paludier de Guérande Ground salt
Instructions :
Step 1
Wash and dry the shrimps. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in 1 large frying pan. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes on each side, then remove from the pan.
Step 2
Blend the garlic, parsley and sweet pepper. Pour the remaining oil into the frying pan, then add the garlic, parsley and chilli. Stir well, so that the garlic is cooked but not burnt.
Step 3
Return the shrimps to the heat. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
